July 2026 Management Spotlight: Mike Pagan
Mike Pagan has been a valued member of the UltraComfort team for nearly 8 years, serving as Project Manager in our Research & Development Department. Throughout his decade with the company, Mike has consistently demonstrated his dedication, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond—qualities that earned him the prestigious President’s Award in 2022.
While continuing to help keep UltraComfort’s Research & Development projects on track, Mike has also taken on one of the company’s largest cross-functional initiatives over the past two years: leading the implementation of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Beyond the work happening behind the scenes, this project will have a meaningful impact on the people we serve. The new CRM system will lay the foundation for enhanced digital tools and online ordering capabilities for our retailer partners, making it easier and more efficient to do business with UltraComfort. By streamlining processes and improving communication, these enhancements will ultimately help retailers better serve our customers—ensuring individuals and families receive the products they need more quickly, accurately, and with an even better overall experience.
Managing a project of this scale requires exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration. Mike has worked closely with departments across the company to coordinate timelines, gather requirements, solve challenges, and keep everyone aligned throughout the transition. His ability to balance this significant responsibility while continuing to support the day-to-day needs of the R&D team has been instrumental to the project’s success.
Mike’s commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and doing whatever is needed exemplifies the values that make UltraComfort successful. His leadership behind the scenes continues to strengthen our organization and position us for future growth.
